The bad thing is she... read more has gotten so busy she doesn't have any flexibility to work with her customers when they have family situations where they can't make appointments and need to reschedule. That is unless you want to wait 5-6 months to get your pet in to see her. We have been clients of Cayly's Doggy Styles for well over 6 years. Even though Cayly knows what our situation is, we were heartbroken when we she didn't show any willingness to help us out and be flexible enough to get our pet in for a grooming when we were able to come home for a short visit.
We are happy for her that her business is so good. BUT, what about taking care of customers she has had for years?? Hope she never experiences being kicked to the curb like she has done to us.

At first it was just Kayly and now, because of the excellent service she provides, she has several groomers working for her. We bring our 3 dogs to Kayly's every 3 months and they always come out smelling great and happy! We always make our next appt. before we leave, as she is booked far in advance.

I didn't have my dogs with me, but I talked to a very nice woman, showed her pictures of my 75lb dogs, described them, etc. However, when I called a couple weeks later to make an appointment, I was told they don't take dogs over 60lbs.
